I just came back from a weekend stay and booked this hotel because it was $60 cheaper per night than the Hilton on the Beach which is where my 40th high school reunion was. Spend a couple more bucks and get a good nights sleep on a decent bed where the toilet doesn't run all night and doors aren't slamming in the hallway and the staff gives a dang! You were warned! more

Stayed at the Lexington Hotel on the Island from 5/8/09 - 5/12/09. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Room was large with two double beds and A/C blew nice cold air. For under $75 per night, I could not have asked for a better hotel. Just a five minute drive to Melbourne Beach. more

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the room was very clean. I would definitely stay there again. For the price, you cannot beat it. Our stay was very nice and the cat added a little extra touch. He was holding down the fort while the desk clerk was in the bathroom, too cute. more

I wish we had read the reviews before last week! While looking a map, we thought this would be a nice hotel near the "river". Before checking in, we inquired about internet access and was told it was available in the rooms. We were also told breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:30. My family and I went here for two nights and there was no hot water, We asked about this problem and said that is being fixed and was going to be up very soon . well when we left two days later it was still not fixed and they did not even give nothing off of my credit card .... more

We stayed at this hotel June 19th to 21st. The pool was open, the staff was friendly, & the room did not smell. Our 2nd floor room was not ready when we arrived at 2PM. (Web site said 2PM check-in, hotel said 3PM.) They asked us to come back at 3PM & would upgrade us to a 1st floor poolside... more

It cost us $137 per night for 2 nights because they dragged their feet coordinating our request to leave the hotel prior to our scheduled check out date. First thing when we checked in Easter Sunday we found out the pool was closed for repair (spring break, come on). I sent e-mail to the hotel on 3/11/05 asking if it was heated, etc. got a reply back that it wasn't.. funny they never mentioned it was closed. Restaurant still closed from hurricane.
