We were two adults and two kids (4 and 6) and stayed in the Executive King Suite (room 14). Beautiful room with doors opening to the beach. Plenty of space and full kitchen. Quaint, charming and comfortable. A blend of old Florida with modern convenience - Wifi included. more

Summer 2008 What a wonderful way to rest from a stressful job. You can walk to the beach, day or night. There is no noise, no one to ask you to do anything. Needed a comfortable place to stay at Indialantic while doing some training. Booked for a regular single, and they gave me an efficiency for no extra charge. It's clean and pleasant. A real old-fashioned Florida motel. more

This is a tough call. This place is the last of a dying breed...the independent motel. The property must be at least 50 years old and it shows. I planned on staying the weekend, but the staff at the Sea Scape, the awesome waves, and the very cool and relaxed atmoshphere made me stay a week. I'll be back soon, and highly recommend the Sea Scape for those wanting to relax on the beach without dealing with the same old overpriced corporate America franchise hotels. Sea Scape rocks! more
