First of all, Anna Maria Island - Florida is the most outstanding vacation location that you could ever select. With the gorgeous views, beautiful white, uncrowded beaches and extremely friendly people, you cannot go wrong. The Nautilus is the best condo complex on the island and Unit 212 is the best. From the minute you walk into the unit, you... More

to keep people away from here and try and hold down demand, but that wouldn't be fair. Seriously, I have stayed in several condos at several beaches and I will rate this location the very best. When you can walk directly out of the living room and in twenty steps be laying ocean side, what else is there to ask... More

This was my family's first stay at the Nautilus and we will definitely be visiting again. The grounds were beautiful with easy access to the peaceful, private beach. The pool was relaxing and my family enjoyed playing tennis on the tennis court. The staff of the Nautilus is very friendly and makes it their mission to make sure your stay... More

Great location and everything you need for a beach vacation. Provided chairs, umbrella, etc. Decor was really cute- very beachy! This condo was very clean, had 2 bedrooms (master and a room with 2 twin beds). Loved having a fully stocked kitchen so we could make breakfast and lunch daily. Just steps to the beach- so refilling drinks/small cooler was... More

I have stayed at the Nautilus for years and despite the view I would not recommend this unit. Unlike every other unit, there were no beach chairs, no toilet paper or paper towels, no lids to match the pots, no plastic bags, no sharp knife. In short, I felt as if the owners had no consideration for their guests. I... More

My family LOVES this beach and every year we look to this weekend with great anticipation. This place is ideally located and is the price is good. That being said, this year we had to deal with a ridiculous noise ordinance and it put a damper on our weekend. If you make any sort of noise (even sitting on your... More

My family rented a 2/2 beachfront condo for a 4 day weekend. We absolutely loved the location and the beachfront patio. Our 1 year old really enjoyed the pool, but be advised, the pool starts off at 4 feet and goes down to 8 feet so children should be monitored closely. The unit we were in didn't have many toiletry... The Nautilus has a tremendous spot on the beach and a great pool. However, each unit is individually owned and many owners simply do not want to spend the money to impove their units. If you do not spend a lot of time inside maybe it would be acceptab, given the price.

I spent two hours going through the website to find a room. The website is extremely hard to navigate. After finding a room and reserving, a note popped up that it was not valid until confirmed by the "owner". I received three confirmation emails including one from the "owner". My credit card was charged for 40% of the stay. I... More

Anna Maria is a beautiful place and I have been staying at the Nautilus for over 30 years. I have always had a positive experience, so I was astounded at the condition of Unit 107. Beware! The picture on the Internet looked nice, but you could not tell that it needed painting, had a missing closet door, missing knobs on... More
