Considering the location right by the beach - it makes more then up for the very basic and old structure. We definitely would come back to visit. Not plush accommodations, but what's there is clean and works great! Perfect location. Pool is clean and a nice size. One bedroom rooms are the perfect size for a family. Dated but very clean and directly on the beach! The people tend to stay here for a while. It is family owned by the same family for 37 years. The owners are nice.
