The pool and room are clean and comfortable. Wade the front desk clerk however is about the only honest worker there. He was great at customer assistance. Unfortunately I cant say the same for anyone else there. Room services took one of my rings and a friends iphone (seperate room incidences) and never handed them in to lost and found.... more

Hotel is fantastic. Could be rated a 5 star. Good location, great room, great service, excellent variety in entertainment and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to the Fort Lauderdale Airport and 15 minutes to the Beach. My boyfriend and I went here to celebrate our year anniversary. Upon check-in, we were notified that we had been upgraded to the Fillmore Suite (probably because on the reservation I added a note that it was our anniversary) which we thought was pretty cool. We made reservations for 4 nights at the Hard Rock but changed them to the Marriott Harbour which is located on the beach and I am glad we did. We took the 20 minute drive to the Hard Rock along with my 13 year old. She hated the hotel due to all the smoke. The smell of smoke was everywhere.... more
