Arriving at the Shell motel is like arriving at your family. Pierre and Guy are two wonderfull and helpfull guys who make the most effort to assure their guests do feel at home. Every year between Christmas and New Year this is our home base.
This place is pet friendly, great value if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Rooms do not have hair dryer, iron, iron board, coffee pot, microwave, ect.... Very bare minimum room with beds!! "NO" internet access!! We won't stay there ever again. Very outdated and in need of serious renovations!
we found the shell hotel to be VERY CLEAN and AFFORDABLE!.
Best for the money. Good location...rooms VERY cozy...service was impeccable, the owners could not of done anything more to make our stay more comfortable.
Excellent selections on the TV stations.
Only thing I could possibly say negative would be; pool could be warmer and coffee makers in the room...

This is our third stay at The Shell Motel, Hollywood, Florida and each stay has been a most pleasant experience. The owners, Peter & Guy, go out of their way to accommodate.
