I stayed here for 2 nights to tour around the area. As a base to travel around this part of Florida is excellent. On arrival it was a bit of a shock as it is not a member of chain motel/hotel, so don't expect luxury. However I found it comfortable and clean. It is almost going back to the late... More

I grew up in Florida and this motel made me extremely nostalgic. Our family took alot of road trips and roadside motels such as this were plentiful. Cadillac Inn and 2 nights at the Country Inn across the street during my recent trip. The room was quite large (about twice the size of the cadillac inn across the street) and... More

Ritz Carlton it ain't, but if you're diving the springs and caves, this is the place! Very big rooms (for your gear). Comfortable beds; it's a a "florida" motel from the past! You get a good nights sleep and a warm shower! Very diver friendly!!!

Scuba divers are by and large a rustic bunch. That being said, Cadillac will suffice. Reasonable rates, but the Ritz It is not. Could use some improvements. Get rid of the full size refrigerators. Put in proper heat and AC ( our heat cycled on and off constantly). No power outlet in our bathroom ( room 17). It was suitable... More

The room's are basic, but large. There is a full refrigerator and cable tv. The heat in the room is provided by the ac unit that is a large window unit located in the wall. My bed was comfortable and the owners are nice. They are very diver friendly. If you are just looking for a place to lay your... More

We stayed in this motel since all the other motels were full and now we have BEDBUGS. We are positive we got them there. It has been a nigthmare and 40 hours of laundry and spraying and going to the doctor for Lindane 1% lotion to kill the eggs on our bodies. We went back to room to inspect and... More

We (my wife & I) were traveling through and stayed for 3 nights. Many of these motels were built in the 1950's and served this country well for many years. I like the ability of being able to park just outside my room - it makes unloading and loading much easier, especially if one of you are handicapped. The room... More

This is an interesting place, I first stayed here because anothe place messed up our group's reservations ( we stayed again a 2nd time, that time was by choice with a larger group). I had my doubts about staying here @ first, the doubts were more when I walked in the room....what hotel has a full size fridge in the... More

We booked this hotel about a month before we planned to visit. The reason we booked is because we were traveling to Gainesville to watch our football team play the University of Florida. We are students, and needed a place to stay that would be reasonably priced and not too far away. Needless to say, we were treated with more... More
