B & B is across from a city park. The views are of the street, then the parking lot, then the beach, then the water. The decorations in our room were very "tacky", as if inherited from a relative and no one can stand the thought of getting rid of them. The bathtub with a view is a bathtub for... More

First, the house itself is very nice as well as the beautiful courtyard behind it. My complaints were within our room. The bathtub surface was GONE with pebble surface showing (unusable))in several areas, area rugs were filthy, and when I wiped a wet washcloth across the tile floor, it came back black! The mattress could stand to be replaced, but... More

Comfortable, convenient, friendly & eclectic....just our style! The staff was attentive without being invasive. We had a very pleasant stay and it was comfortably accessible for a wheelchair. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops and right across the street from a lovely park on the Beach.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our furry friend. The place is fabulous and really easy to have a pet stay. We stayed in the key west cottage and it was great. It has a separate entrance and it set back a bit. Pros: great staff, spacious accommodations, quiet and peaceful, great location, cool things going on in the... More

We love to walk down to the craft and farmers market on Tuesdays. We prefer the rooms on the front of the house with a view of the water. Since Lori has added a crepe restaurant (one crepe is included as breakfast) the place has a more commercial feel, less homey. I'd like to see a granola, yogurt, fresh fruit... More

Went to St Pete for the Picasso Exhibit. Stayed here because of its proximity to Habana Cafe. Happy on all counts. Well run establishment. La Creparia provides the "& B" plus is open for lunch and dinner. The Crepes were very good as was the service. The property is clean, eclectic and quiet (at least on weekdays) and the Owner/Manager... More

That is exactly what we did on our resent trip to Gulfport. We stayed in the Jamaica room that had a balcony where we had our coffee and watched all the dogs and owners take their morning walks. Having a view of the park and the bay was so relaxing. Lori, the inn keeper was vey knowledgeable and accomodating. The... More

I stayed here for seven nights on business recently and it was a perfect location - really lovely spot near the ocean and a room separated from the main house that allowed me the space and privacy I needed to write and relax. The owner was putting in a 'creperie' at the time and so breakfast was relocated with vouchers... More

The Sea Breeze Manor is one of the most beautiful, welcoming, enjoyable places I have ever had the pleasure to stay during travel. Beautiful and conveniently located on the bay right by the quaint, artsy downtown area of Gulfport, the Manor is run by a kind, friendly, personable woman who is connected to and informed about everything in town! Lori,... More

We had an extended two week romantic stay in April, 2014. This waterfront old Florida home was the perfect home away from home to escape the harsh Cape Cod winter. Upon arrival, we were graciously greeted by Lori. She was welcoming as well as knowledgeable and accommodating for our entire stay. The inn was quiet and comfortable. We did not... More
