Who is the franchise owner? Where do I start. This location needs to be closed immediately. It is absolutely not safe to stay here. The entire property is run down. Check in was two hours late, the room smells like smoke and just dirty, there was one bath towel the size of a hand towel. The sink did not work, the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling, the beds are falling off the frame, the walls are damaged, the alarm clock was buzzing(had to unplug it), the lamps are scratched and look like they came from a yard sale, the floors are not clean, nothing is clean, the steps have sharp rusty edges, the front doors of the lobby are stuck open, the bell carts are broken, the floor in the lobby is filthy and slippery, there are homeless people walking all around, the "free breakfast" looked like prison food and is inedible, there is a sign hanging on the place that says $406 weekly rate and they charge almost $300 per night. There are drug deals going on in the parking lot, there are no amenities, no pool, no restaurant, no bar, no concierge, no hair dryer. We called the front desk and they said they did not believe us that there was no hairdryer and after we threatened them, they brought one to us and said everyone steals them. They also wanted to see if it was ripped off the wall??? We were there for an event and everything else was sold out so we had no choice but to stay there, horrible. How did they charge me to stay at this motel. This location also faces I-75 so the highway noise outside the front is scary. This is surely not a hotel and Wyndham has lost my business forever. I have photographs of everything.…
