Upon checking into our room they assigned us a room that hadn't been cleaned (and we could only assume was still occupied by someone). We found dirty underwear and used condoms on the floor. Eventually they were able to get us into another room however the next day we didn't find any clean linens when we returned to our room.... more
Patti Moore is the front desk supervisor that dropped the ball. As in she always does, she takes on more then she can chew. Often guests left in dust. I would avoid her as possible and go to the Manager. He can clear anything up before it hits the fan. Always contact the Manager, not the hourly clerk that is...
I never post on review sites, but I just have to let others know what their in for when they consider the Newberry. Most of the team for the girls softball tournament stayed here because of the great rate ($49). Our family didn't expect a 5 star hotel, so we went in with little expectations.
