Couldn't ask for much more. Reasonable price, food great, wine/cheese in the evening gives opportunity to mix with others. Then just go and relax on the porch or take a short stroll up the street to Leonardos 706 for dinner and some jazz. The staff was very helpful, courteous and inspiring. "It's a great day!" We stayed in Lilly Cottage for our anniversary in December. The staff was extremely friendly at check-in and during our stay. Our cottage was immaculate and so charming. We would definitely return. more

We stayed at Sweetwater Branch Inn recently attending a Gator football game. The B&B is clean and runs very smoothly even though it is large and has a different clientele than most B&B's with many colllege age kids and families. The breakfast was great both mornings. An excellent bed and breakfast in a great location! Sweetwater Branch Inn is two beautiful Victorian houses with lovely rooms, garden area and front porchs with rocking chairs. We stayed at Sweetwater for my sisters graduation from Vet school in June 2007. Our family booked two cottages and three rooms for the weekend. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely.
