Property is laid out very well. Spaces are roomy; concrete pads are a huge plus. Customer service is excellent. Activities (boat tours, fishing, karaoke, etc) available although we did not participate. Screened in pool. Activities building very nice. Exceptionally clean; quiet; away from traffic. We will stay again.

We stayed here in April 2012 and found it very nice, large lots and in process of upgrading. Swimming pool was not in yet, but working on it. Everything was fine and you're not on top of neighbors. The fishing charter was spectacular with fine young man that really knew his stuff. Very interesting day long charter that wound around... More

Lovely, quiet park that caters to all ages and all family arrangements. Stayed here for 2+ months in 2012and, of course, returned for another stay Fall 2013. Easy in and out; level concrete pads. Grayton Beach, Seaside only a few miles from here, and drive into Miramar Beach, Destin, etc. no problem at all. Biggest complaint---word is really getting out... More

Nice park. Sites are decent size, pull in sites available, shady areas, and very clean. There are only two washer and dryers for the entire park, but they are open 24 hours so that helps. From what we can tell, the office closes quite early, so not sure what you do if you need assistance. The management did not seem... More

Really loved the park, nice level concrete pads, pretty walking area along creek, nice size dig park..BUT...if you stay on the side that has the dog park you will see tons and tons of broken glass everywhere! Maybe it's because it rained I don't know but it was beside our spot, behind our spot and all along that whole large... More

Visited the third week in May, 2013. The entire park is clean and well maintained, from the grounds to the restrooms. The people employed here were all pleasant, helpful and delightful to talk chat with. We played at fishing and without a boat didn't catch any, but enjoyed trying. No more nats or mosquitos than should be expected in North... More

We had our first experience at Live Oak landing and could not have asked for a more pleasant place to wind down. The site was very easy to access, clean and very peaceful and we were right by the covered pool. Many kids were there both they were well behaved. They even have a dog park for your little buddy.... This is a well kept campground but too far off the beaten path. At least 20-25 miles from a really good restaurant. If you want to stay at the campground and cook in this may be the place for you. Chose this because of the fishing amenities. Went in May and the bugs were so bad it was impossible to... More
