Entire staff was great, the one that stands out most was Joy. This was my first time traveling with a dog and this hotel was extremely pet friendly. “infested with roaches”

stayed april 2013 kitchen and bathroom infested with roaches. exterminated twice and not effective. we ended up buying our own pesticides to help kill them. we heard guests in the adjacent room experiencing same problem, up at 2 am killing roaches. mgt offered us $29 discount off $325 per nite room during easter break. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our Resort. We take this type of issue very seriously and by your comments we did just that. “Wonderful stay on the beach!”

Beautiful accommodations, beautiful location, beautiful view from our room! Our only complaint was having to rent beach chairs and umbrella. Feel an oceanfront hotel should have complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas for their guests. We would definitely visit again, though.
