If your idea of relaxation is vomit infused dirt holes, this is the place for you. It is old, dirty and loud. We had breakfast once on the top floor and while the view was excellent all the food was fried and tasted like fish. Nothing was freshly made. This was, by far, the most disgusting "luxurious resort" (their classification, not mine) I've ever stayed at. It was like Fantasy Island threw up, regurgitated, and threw up some more.
