We stayed here for two nights and everything was excellent. The room was being and well appointed. Apart from having to wait for about 40 min when we arrived in the afternoon, because the room was not ready, everything was perfect. This is an excellent hotel for a family experience on the beach.

This was a great place to bring the family. Rooms where clean and pool was heated to just the right temperature. We not only received 2 large complimentary waters at check-in ($10 charge at most other resorts), we also received a free Sandpiper beach bag! The location is perfect with the hotel right on the water (not a half mile... More

I reserved four ground level pool side rooms back in February. Later, around March or April I received a call from Pink Shell booking that a large group wanted all of our rooms and they offered to give us ocean front rooms to compensate for the change. I preferred to keep the original reservation. This was a special occasion, our... More

Very nice and clean resort right on beach. Could walk a few steps to beach from room :) Tim was so helpful with recommendations of restaurants and transportation options. Michelle and Mike were great, too!

Stayed for four nights in November and we were upgraded to a sea view room, unexpected and a lovely surprise. As there were cooking facilities we shopped at nearby Publix and ate in room making the most of the stunning views from the balcony..the white sand, sunsets, birds and dolphins. This resort is small and caters to guests every need.... More

My wife, 9 year-old son, and I stayed three nights in an ocean front suite the week of October 16. We booked through Allegiant airlines, as part of a vacation package, so we got a good rate. Resort: A clean, quaint resort with a throwback to the 70's feel of the mom and pop motel. Our room had two queen... More

Must have been staying in a different resort from other reviewers ! Our room had not been remodelled, but was very comfortable. We had booked a courtyard room but on checking in and found out that the courtyard view was a blank yellow wall. The pool and garden area were very nice. Short of towels and bathmats on several days. Reception... More

We arrived from Seattle yesterday. First room we were in was on the ground floor. This made me a bit uncomfortable as I love to keep the window/door open at night. Our stay was on a free certificate.. They were not obligated to change our room. BUT, Michelle made this happen. We now have a lovely room on the second... More

We stayed 3 nights at the Sandpiper and I couldn't have been more pleased. Tim checked us in quick fashion and he and Mike attended to our every need. From their invaluable knowledge of all the best places to shop and eat to making dinner reservations for us. We had a great room with kitchenette, an amazingly comfortable bed in... More
