The rooms are small but, ok for a couple or family with small children. CBC has very nice grounds, pool, spa, grills, outdoor games, bikes, kayak/paddle boards and plenty to do near by. A little south of the action we love it because it is a smaller and the guests are friendly. Staff is friendly too. We stayed here in... More

Everything is old furnishings, linens, ants in beds sink & cupboards! The floors are tile and they do not scrub them they vacuum, they were filthy I had to buy flipflops to wear inside. Had to move the table to the patio to get into the refrigerator. "Location" is 5 star, "Resort" 1 star. I will not be returning and... More

The rooms vary in size and layout from the "north" vs "south" building, but each has advantages and disadvantages. Most of the rooms sleep 4 in single bedroom (pullout couch for 3rd and 4th person) . The best room, in my opinion are 221-224, 321-324 and 112, 212, and 113-116 & 213-216 because these are all Gulf View " units... More

Overall, this resort is a good place to stay in Ft. Myers Beach. Be warned though, rooms are small and I would not recommend more than one couple per room. There were four of us on this stay and living quarters were a challenge. However, the room was clean with all the necessary amenities. Nothing spectacular, but the expectation shouldn't... More

My wife planned this trip as a birthday present for me. We both looked forward to it. I was excited at her choice. Our check-in upon arrival was friendly, quick, and informative. We had a unit directly facing Gulfside. The unit itself was small, but efficiently laid out, with a king-sized bed in the bedroom, a large bathroom to the... More

Let me start by saying we had a GREAT time on this trip. And the overall property was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It has a great pool, lovely grounds and you couldn't ask for a more beautiful spot on the beach. That being said, I don't believe it lives up to the RCI Silver Crown award when it comes to the accommodations.... More

This was less than average place to stay. We stayed in room 209 as commented in other reviews - the room is not remodeled unless you believe that the 1970 wear out furniture is new. I went to the store and purchased bleach to clean the bathroom. The kitchen sink is broke, no vent in bathroom, and window unit air... More

We had a great stay in room 209. It was very affordable, especially considering it was spring break and we are used to staying off season in the fall with off season prices. Our unit looked very recently remodeled, very clean, had everything we needed, perfect for the 3 of us. The pool area was nice, too. Nice pool chairs,... More

Paradise for couples or small family. Landscaping, pool, and spa are beautiful. Shuffleboard, corn hole, ping-pong, volleyball, bicycles, kayaks, reading room, free morning coffee, and more. Right on the beach. Units are modern, clean, and well maintained. Home away from home with a view!

Yes, the rooms are small. They are one bedroom units, and the beds are full size, not queen size. They are very clean and cozy. Definitely fine for a couple, but cannot imagine taking kids or another couple to stay in the same room as you need to move the kitchen table and chairs to pull out the sleeper sofa.... More
