Great wee motel with superb location just off Times Square. Rooms basic but clean with all amenities. While we never availed of everything there are barbecues facilities, free laundrey, canoes and chairs and umbrellas available to take to beach. The pool was nice and clean. The owner Steve maintains a discreet presence and was helpful with any questions we had.... More

My friend and her husband rented a two bedroom cottage (up to 4/5 people) for her birthday and Memorial Day weekend. Her husband could not be with her for the first night (Friday) so she invited us to spend the evening with her at the cottage. As soon as we arrived the owner can to the cottage and began to... Absolute lies by this person who was not even a guest at the motel. A man made a reservation through hotels.com for two people for a one bedroom cottage with one king bed. hotel.com reservation ID 491122565. At check-in when asked if beach towels were needed the guy lied directly to my face and said that there were only two... More

this place is horrible...parking is ridiculous.....management argumentative after allowing maid to walk in on me while I was in shower....somehow, this was my fault? we were lucky since while it was raining buckets outside, the leak in our bathroom ceiling was directly above the sink, otherwise we would have had a flooded "suite"....grass unmowed for weeks......just overall disgusting.....do not stay... This review is the first I heard of a leak in ceiling. I just went to look and it seems fine. The housekeeper went to the room around 10:00 a.m. the son of the guest said it was okay to clean the room. She was told to go in even though the registered guest was in the shower. I expected... More

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I booked Easter weekend relatively last minute to visit with family and the choices were limited. But other Trip Advisor contributors gave the Holiday Court really good reviews, so I took a chance. First off, the location was incredible. Walk to the pier, bars, restaurants and of course the beach was just across... More

Thank you very much. Many of our guests love our location right across the street from the beach on the Gulf of Mexico and also the ten restaurants (most with a guitar player of other entertainment) within a very short walk. Quite a few other establishments are not far away. Still we maintain a quiet atmosphere by our bay and... More

Firstly, I'm so ashamed that it took me so long to get around to writing this review! My now husband and I visited Fort Myers and Sanibel in October 2013, and decided that we would have our wedding there. We stayed at the Holiday court and had such a great time we contacted the owners about us and our families... More

Yes, it was a wonderful time. Your wedding and reception was fabulous and we are so grateful that you allowed us to attend. The entire week great with you, your new husband, and both of your families was a fun time. We hope you are both very happy and enjoying life together. Hope we see you again. More

We will return. As other reviews state- this is a quirky place. If you're looking for the ritz- this ain't it. But it's sweet, the people are kind and the location absolutely cannot be beat. Who wants to stay in the room when in FMB anyway? The pool is clean and has plenty of sunshine. Price is right, clean, grills... More

I agree the location is great, but be careful to call the pool fabulous. We keep it warm and clean but otherwise no too special about it. We want to not raise other peoples expectations too high. Other amenities besides the grills are kitchens int he rooms stocked with coffee, cream, sugar, cable tv, wi-fi, kayaks, access to beach, waterfront... More

What a cute little place! My friend and I were only here for 2 nights, but the location was fantastic. Across the street from the beach, walk to the bars and restaurants, stroll on the Pier, walk to Times Square for dinner/drinks or live music, or take out their FREE kayaks behind the building for a spin on the canal.... We sorry it was so "cold"during your visit. Even in February we usually have more sun and warmer temperatures but we also experience some chilly days too. We keep the pool warm, and there are other activities around the area. Still we understand people come here in the winter to be on the beach and enjoy the various restaurants and... More

We stayed here in October and enjoyed our stay at that time. This visit we had a different unit. It was an efficiency, and met all of our needs. For me it was good to not have to go upstairs to get to our unit. The rooms aren't fancy, but we had two comfy chairs, a queen bed, and a... More

The best thing going for this motel/hotel is its location. If you want to be in close proximity to the Fort Myers Beach "downtown" area and within very easy walking distance to the FMB Pier, then you'd be hard pressed to do better. Their pricing is also competitive. The building and rooms are a bit worn and tattered. The owners... More

I thought this guest had a positive experience here. It surprises me to hear differently. If fact it seemed as if the wanted to stay. At 10:30 a.m. he asked about checkout time and I confirmed the already established time of 11:00 a.m. He said that was fine and he was sitting by the bay and his son was fishing.... More
