This was on of the best places I have ever been. The location is the best on the beach. The owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. The beds were really nice and comfy. I look forward to my next stay. You can not go wrong with this location.

I recently had the pleasure of a three week stay at the Cottages of Paradise Point on Fort Myers Beach, Florida. This is my fourth time staying here, and I am already booked for my fifth. I cannot imagine a nicer, cleaner or better equipped unit. In fact, after our stays and we return home, we feel our kitchen utensils... More

Whenever we schedule a vacation in Ft. Myers we head back to the cottages of Paradise Point because you can't improve on perfection. From the ease of booking with the owner Dennis; the beautiful and extremely well appointed cottages (we have had the opportunity to stay in several of them); to the quality service and attention to our every need... This property was indeed nice. I rented it with the stipulation that there MUST be phone service as I do not use a cell phone. Owner promised internet and land line service. When I arrived, guess what? No phone or internet. I called the management company, they came and fixed it. The phone worked for a day and a half... More

Thank you very much for your compliment concerning our cottages. We are very happy to hear that you thought our cottages are nice. We do provide wireless internet and telephone service as a free service but sometimes run in to various issues with these services. This appears to be the nature of the beast with all cable companies all over... More

The Best area of Ft. Myers Beach. Once we arrived we didn't have to get back in our car except to go to the Grocery Store. Easy walk to Restaurants and Shops. The cottages are very well equipped and have that "Old Florida" feel. No elevators and a great pool for the kids. This was our 10th year to rent... More

This place is perfect! It is clean, homey and has a well equipped kitchen. The beds were the best. There were extra bulbs in the closet, in was needed. We had a problem with the washing machine. It was replaced within a day! It has a private feel. I would go again!

Seriously, the Gulf Cottage is a slice of heaven! My mom, sister, and I were supremely happy sitting on the deck, watching the waves and the gorgeous sunsets, and viewing the changing skies and water from the dining table and living room, not to mention stepping down from the deck right onto the beach. We wandered daily along the broad,... More

I stayed at the Gulf cottage with my 86 year old mother and my sister for a week in November 2014. We could not have been happier-- Everything was Perfect! The location was amazing--literally on the beach, but far enough back to feel private. We walked down the beach to the Times Square area for meals and shopping. The furniture... More

Great place to stay. The house is fully furnished with everything you need. Especially liked that they provided beach towels and very comfortable beach lounge chairs. Right on the beach and close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes all week and rode them on the beach--what fun! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend... We stayed at the Cottages of Paradise Point just last week. There are a few cottages to choose from, we stayed at the "Island Cottage," the light green option 2nd from the beach. We are a young married couple traveling with 2 small children (ages 3 and 4). Location: The location of these cottages was excellent, both in relation to... More
