I have had a wonderful experience with Manuela and Jolena. Always friendly and first-class service. However, I noticed that the front desk supervisor, Linda, has an attitude problem. She needs to know that people that stay at Windward Passage actually contribute to her salary! Service is key! This reflects negatively on Windward Passage having such a soured personality to go... more

We just returned from another 2 week stay at this resort. Being return guests one can spot differences....in this case we found the resort to again be very well managed and in top notch condition. Excellent staff. Very nice guests. Units are not fancy but hey, you are at the beach and they are in a super location. Don't hesitate... more

Last year traded my St. Augustine timeshare week for one closer to family living in Port Charlotte. Until now the week was always spent in St. Augustine. Windward Passage was a wonderful alternative. Everyone enjoyed the time at this property. It is well maintained with the pool, hot tub and grounds being tended to each and every morning long before... more
