We upgraded to a suite because we trailed our boat so explore the waters and all it did was RAIN!! So the room was SUCH a great treat! The place was immaculate and they manager let us leave the boat in a locked lot across the street. The breakfast was included and perfect! Hot and cold and the coffee was... More

It was clean and great location for downtown and river walk! The room was very clean and they nicely accommodated our late check in! It was near Edison Winter estate. It was quite a ways to the beach. It was very quiet and restful! My only complaints are breakfast wasn't that great, if you like waffles and cereal you will... More

I have stayed at 100+ hotels/motels, but never before have I encountered one where the hotel did not maintain a "visibly manned desk" around the clock to which a customer could go if he/she had problems or questions. After 7 at night, however, this hotel's office "closes shop", requiring you to call an "unseen security officer" should you need assistance... More

I am from WI so no carpet in a bedroom was weird to us. We arrived late, the security guard checked us in, he was very nice. My husband had a broken arm and our room was on the 2nd floor with no elevator it made getting our luggage to our room rather difficult. The tikibar was never open during... More

We stayed here because we were attending a wedding and reception which were both taking place at the hotel. It is a small two story hotel at the marina. It is L-shaped with the pool along the right side. Behind the hotel is nice big deck and a tiki hut bar. Their are a lot of expensive boats docked right... More

Cheap hotel where not much went right. Very basic amenities. No fridge, basic breakfast high on sugar. We had a blocked drain in shower flooded into bathroom. Were told that this happened occasionally and hadn't been fixed properly. To the credit of the manager they took a days payment off our stay. Wifi was absolutely useless. Very nice pool and outlook... More

We are unhappy to here you were not satisfied with your stay. You and your guest seemed to have enjoyed your stay while on the property while here. We do have a refrigerate in ALL of our rooms. Smaller ones in our standard rooms and full size in all our suites. We did have a problem with your shower which... More

First of all, the staff were wonderful. They were very nice and made sure the rooms were extremely clean and well stocked. We stayed in room 207 one night and 206 the next. 207 had the best water pressure I have every had in a hotel room, 206 did not. This is where the review is difficult because the rooms... More

I love this place. It is so convenient to the historic district and they have their own lovely marina. I recommend the suites on the second floor. Great views and more space. But, the best part about this vintage hotel is the family who runs it. The founder and his now owner son where both big league baseball catchers. Everyone... More

The hotel is on the water and has a marina and tiki bar and large deck to enjoy the views and sunset! It is dated and clean. Some upgrades are in place in the bathroom, like granite and new fixtures. Walking distance to the downtown eateries and bars, clubs, cute shops as well. It is the place to stay if... More

Normally we stay down on Fort Myers Beach, but this trip, we decided to shake it up a bit. We still wanted something on water. Came across this hotel and it was perfect!!! More than perfect!!
