We stayed here for 2 nights and was extremeley impressed with the Hotel. 2 bedrooms with king beds, both en-suite, flat screen tv in each, great multi-head showers. Fully kitted out kitchen/diner/lounge with fridge (and ice maker) dishwasher, microwave, stove etc. Coffee machine with 2 sachets of coffee, creamer etc and micro popcorn! Another TV in lounge area. A weekend stay here was pleasurable. The hotel is brand new, and according to the desk clerk we were one of the few folks checking in 2 days after the opening. I have made a booking for 2 nights for 2 rooms on september 9 and 10th. The hotel was not open yet but nobody advise us and they even charge my credit card for 2 rooms and 1 night. I have call them 17 times from France. I always talk to a voice mail and nobody return my call. I... more

This guests credit card was charged by the other Residence Inn Fort Myers for their stay at that property. We had no way of charging the card sue to not yet being open.

Booked the hotel in May for a 2 night stay in August with my wife and kids. The hotel is brand new and I got a cracking deal $69/night + a $25 gift cheque to use at a local store for a 1 bed suite with 2Q beds. Unfortunately it appeared that the hotel wasn't able to open in time... more

Under normal circumstances there is an "Ultimate reservation Gaurantee that we honor for our Elite members who are "walked" from an "open" Marriott hotel.
