I had read the reviews before booking and since it seemed to weigh on the good side we decided to book here. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by both the doormen and the front desk guy. The concierge was helpful and the housekeeping gave us extra towels. We actually enjoyed all our meals.... more

The online pictures made the resort look like paradise. It is not. My issues with this resort is that the parking is not close to the resort. You have to take the shuttle that has no air condition and you should hope that it is working. The shuttle broke after we arrived and then the resort was hauling everyone around... more
