“Customer Service A+”

Go see Mickey at check in....This guy understands customer service! Great hotel, great view, great room, great staff. It is worth it to stay in the Sanibel Tower. Nice gym and spa as well. No complaints, except the time spent there wasn't long enough.

Stayed for two nights on business. I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite in the main building, which was nice. Room overlooks the pool and water.
