Nice roof poolbar with a great wiew. The room was neat and clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast that was included was lousy. One morning, just packaged food from the reception desk and the other morning just one single menu choice in the restaurant that could not be changed.

This is a very nice boutique hotel. I recently visited this hotel during a business trip. The room was a nice size with a comfortable chair and ottoman for relaxing. The towels are extra soft...a nice touch! The room also had a good size desk and task chair for working. The location is in the heart of the lively river... More

The location of this boutique hotel couldn't be better. You can easily walk to shopping and restaurants, even to the Ford/Edison Summer Museum (less than a mile away). Lots of watering holes nearby too, including the hotel's rooftop bar. There's no AC up there, but if you get too hot, take a dip in the adjacent pool. Pretty nice fitness... More

What a find! You know the adage "Do not judge a book by its cover". The indigo hotel is a perfect example. Downtown district off MLK(no worries the area is safe). Rooms are like a beach getaway with linens and hardwood floors. No restaurant however they do have a continental breakfast. I travel for business however, I hear this is... More

This hotel is a very nice, different from the cookie cutter hotels. The rooms are large, hardwood floors and big comfortable beds! Always stay here, when I am in Ft Myers. It is downtown, close to the restaurants and waterfront. Staff are always helpful, and friendly.

Business stay this week - arrived early and told front desk i'd wait for my room, no big deal. They did, however, find a room right away for me so I was grateful. Was happy to see that there was a little lounge downstairs, planned on having a glass or two of wine there later. Room was comfortable but disjointed.... More

There were far too many issues to give this place a good review. The front desk staff were very "Underwhelming," as another reviewer stated. Everyone was very young, inexperienced and less than helpful in all circumstances. We never saw a manager or person over 25 throughout our stay. Our major issue was the beds in our room made incredibly loud... More

Check in wanted to use luggage to sow our stuff while parking the car. We found that the were locked together with bicycle locks. When we asked if we could use one. Well, we were told it was hotel policy that customers could not use them. The valet did offer to help. They charge 14 to Valet. We knew we... More

I typically stay at the larger chains for business trips but have had good experiences before at Hotel Indigos, so I gave this a try. What a great stay! It's located within walking distance to a dozen good restaurants and bars, it's doesn't feel crowded, and it was easy to get in and out of with my car to get... More

Underwhelming disrespectful ghetto people working the front desk who never greeted you or make you feel welcome. The valet is a joke and feel entitled to some big tip which they never got. The area is in a bedroom community next to "Da Hood." so you have some panhandlers bugging you.
