This is one of the most spotlessly clean resorts I've ever seen. The condos are dated, but everything on the grounds and in the condo was spotlessly clean and everything worked. The other great thing is the location, at the non-busy end of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Tropical Sands is in a quiet section of Fort Myers Beach and a great placel to relax. The facility is older but well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. You have easy access to churches, markets and restaurants. There are wonderful sunset views from the beach across the street. Looking forward to going back.
