After several hours of looking for hotels on line I decided to make reservations for this one. It was a great choice! I absolutely enjoyed the rooms( decor and accessories) staff and cleanliness. The location for such a great place isn't that good however it was withi in 5 miles of everywhere I needed to be that weekend. I would... more

I stayed in this hotel because I had hotel points to use. Haven't stayed in a Hyatt in many many years. The hotel was GREAT! Check in and out was easy, used the auto checkout which was a great time saver. The rooms were fabulous, clean and roomy. The decor was up to date and made it feel like we... more

Comfortable hotel, good location, very close to Publix Market and a great Asian restaurant called Cocos. Good housekeeping, nice rooms, not much to be said about Front Desk staff although David and Mr. T were very nice, another young girl could only be described as surly. Who really made the stay the drivers. Pierre, Stuart and Mory (sp?), were the... more

My husband and I arrived on May 15th for a cruise departing on May 16th. Upon arriving at the airport I used the courtsey phone by baggage claim and after picking up our luggage the shuttle met us outside. It was a quick ride - less than ten minutes and the driver was very pleasant. We checked-in via the kiosk... more

We wanted to stay someplace close to Port Everglades because we were staying overnight before taking a cruise. I had read the reviews of Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale North and checked the pics from their website. EVERYTHING about this hotel was GREAT - except for just one thing - let's start though with the positive. The hotel was very reasonably... more

This place offers complimentary airport and cruise port shuttle and one needs to book a room early as many ships leave Port Everglades on the weekends. Relatively speaking It is not cheap because of the high volume of cruisers but considering that many of the area hotels charge up to $ 30 per person for shuttles, we found it to... more

I scouted this hotel for friends out of town. Parking in front of the Hyatt is a breeze, unlike the Embassy Suites with their gates, etc. Easy access in and out. The hotel itself is not right up against the road, it is set back in the parking lot, behind a restaurant, looking very unpretentious. So I checked it out.... more

We stayed here one night pre-cruise. I won it on Priceline for $99 by checking 3* downtown area. We arrived at the airport and called the hotel once we had our bags. The shuttle was there within 10 mins. The driver was friendly and helped with our bags. There were several of us on the shuttle, so the line to... more

I actually have one more day in the hotel. I arrived at the airport, and telephoned the hotel to find out where to meet the shuttle. The host advised that the shuttle was actually on the way to the hotel and she would let the driver know that I was there. Within a few minutes (5-7) the shuttle arrived and... more

I loved the split feature of this room, the big t.v. and the workspace. I didn't stay long, but think this would be great for a business stay. The bed was comfortable. I agree there was a musty smell at times in the room, but not too bad. The front staff was very nice and I had a super quick... more
