Staff was amazing...everything else I experienced was left to be desired. I've learned as a road warrior to trust my first instinct and the moldy smell I got in the room when I arrived made me want to leave straight away. The room was quite old and in major need of updates. I also have a tendency to roll my... more

We flew in to FLL and stayed at this Courtyard for a night. Here are the highlights: PROS - Plenty of parking. - Fast and friendly check-in. We had an infant and they were very accommodating. - Rooms are large and clean. - Microwave and fridge. - Fitness room has new equipment with TVs and freeweights are new. CONS -... more

This is a good hotel but nothing special. Rooms are large and comfortable with all the standard amenities. Lobby is spacious and attractive and staff are personable. Location is convenient if you have a car but there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hote as it borders on Executive Airport and some commercial development. As is typical for... more

I completely dis agree with the last poster, this Courtyard by Marriot is right on par...after all it is a Courtyard so the level of standards for me was on that level not a Westin or anything. Overall the hotel is very clean and you can tell it was updated within the past few years. Check-in was a breeze-the front... more

This Courtyard is a good value most of the time but it needs a renovation. The hotels assistant gm said that it was renovated 2 years ago but you would never have known that by the look of the rooms. They are so Courtyard 2002. No flat screen tv's. Old style drawers and closet. But again, it's an ok place... more

Booked it through their own web site and received a 99.00 per night special. (It was a Thursday night) The cruise was leaving on Friday. 6 of us stayed here and we were all pleased. The van driver was very courteous and worked very hard to get everyone to the hotel quickly as well as to the cruise terminals. Our... more

Stayed at this property for two nights (Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving) prior to a cruise. I used Marriott Reward points and I found this to be a better deal (# of points) than the Marriott Ft. Lauderdale North, or the Hampton Inn Cypress Creek, properties I generally stay at while in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The hotel is a... more

This is a good hotel for a business stay, or when looking for a good yet inexpensive hotel in the area. I stayed for 3 nights on business. The room is comfortable, some of the better pillows I have ever gotten at a hotel. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything, and always refilled all of the amenities. The... more
