First of all, the curtains don't close so you have no privacy in the evening and can't sleep at night. Second, breakfast area was not clean, was disorganized and very little food was available until I had to ask for extras. This includes no plates, napkins available until asked for!!! Third, the front desk people were spaced out, not pleasant... more

Hmm.. They've changed their name to 'University Inn'. Rooms were basic but comfortable, however, there's one thing that really annoys me, noise! If you get a room on the road frontage it will be noisy. Fortunately back rooms are quiter, however some do have a humming noise - I know, because we changed rooms 4 times in 3 nights! I... more

We stayed here for 3 nights after a Caribbean cruise. What a contrast! First, the curtains would not close. In order to have darkness at night (sleep time for some people) we had to clip the curtains together. The couple travelling with us had the same problem in their room. The front desk person offered to change our rooms... to... more

It was a good hotel, the rooms were clean, the property was clean, everything was great -- except I had the bright idea that I didn't need to have a car. Unfortunately, this is not true in Fort Lauderdale -- especially here. I paid over $30 for a cab to this location from the International Airport (and they did follow... more

The rooms are big, and the beds are very comfortable, I would recomend this hotel to anyone, especially for the price. more

Borderline acceptable for one night stay. I've posted several online reviews and would like to think that I can be unbiased. The thing is, the hotel provided every amenity that was listed. They were just the lowest possible quality. Brand 'x' coffee Toiletries from what was probably a defunct $0.99 store. The towels (clean?) were tired and worn The room... more

My husband and I visited the Executive Airport Inn on Thursday and Friday prior to the Superbowl. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the hotel. Checkin was very swift and they found a room for us even though we arrived just before noon. Our room was large and adequate. The carpet and walls were a bit worn, but... more

The rooms are sprayed with a noxious deodorizer to mask underlying odors. They were beginning a remodeling effort so hopefully the odor problem will be resolved. The staff was very nice and did their best to accomodate us. I'd consider trying EAI again but will first check for other hotels in the area next time I'm in Ft. Lauderdale. more

I am very picky about hotels and was really hesistant when at the last minute i had to find a hotel and was stuck with the Executive Airport Inn because its one of those no-name hotels. However I was pleasantly surprised. My room was a decent size with nice wood furnishings, a nice large TV and a very comfortable king-size... more

AS the name of the hotel indicates, it is near the airport. which is the reason we chose this hotel. We requested a 3 am wake up call from the front desk so we could get to the airport on time. THe call NEVER came. I woke up late!!!! Wake up calls are a very basic service hotels provide... the... more
