Scheduled renovation in June 2009. If you are planning a stay here before renovations begin, stay in the Beachside building -- it is newer and closer to the beach. The staff was incredibly accommodating (especially the concierge). This place is old and in need of renovation, particularly the main building which is about 60 years old. Renovations should have started 10 years ago. This place is a dump and there's not a breath of fresh air throughout the building. The one bright spot was the front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. Sheraton should be ashamed of themselves. more
