Not sure what I can say that hasn't been said already. Yes, this is an expensive hotel. I knew that up front, but was still surprised at how quickly the other charges added up...valet parking, internet, the cost of food in the restaurants. I don't mind paying more if I feel like I'm getting a good value, but I'm not... More

Slow slow Internet access. On phone with Icahn platinum tech support for an hour. So much for getting a quick piece of work done online and emailed. Slow elevators. A/C in the rooms does not respond to settings during the night, and it is not hot outside. Nice views. Here for a conference. Way overpriced for the above, I will... More

We booked a cruise that would leave on a Monday. Since it was much, much cheaper to fly on Thursday than on Friday or Saturday, I had to find ourselves a nice hotel. Since we have been in this part of Florida before, I decided this time we would just enjoy the weather, the beach and the sea. So a... More

Came here for business and being a Marriott Gold member has its perks because I got an ocean view room that is great. While the rooms may be smaller the views make up for that. The only complaint I have is the slow Internet access for any meaningful work items. Maybe there are a lot of guests using high bandwidth... More

Came for a wedding. We went ahead and upgraded because we are Marriott rewards customers. We got ocean front, our friends didn't. (it's free to join). King room small but clean. Rooms need a facelift. Had a Spa day n wanted the deep tissue but it was average. Spa just ok. It's used by local public who pay. Big pool... More

Finally, a Marriott that cares about Platinum members. I had all but given up on Marriott hotels but since I had the points and we were cruising out of Ft Lauderdale I booked a room for my wife and I. The first class treatment began before we even left home. Natasha, the hotels Elite Coordinator, sent an email introducing herself.... More

Just returned from a mini-vacation. The location is great - right on the beach and very nice pool area. Unfortunately during my stay it rained most of the time and only got to the pool twice. The service, staff and food were good. Afternoon cookies a nice treat. The only downside is their limited restaurants - 3 on site -... More

My husband and I (40+ year old, travel regularly to beachy places but always try to save money) first encountered the Harbor Beach Marriott at the end of a week-long vacation we had last year at the Key Largo Marriott. We were disappointed in that property, and moved over to the HB Marriott for the last night of our vacation.... More

airshow webpage misleads you about watching the airshow from the hotel, you can't see the show from there, only some pass by. Room was about $500/ night Hotel is very nice, luxurious and the private beach is very nice. service, food and drinks at the sea level restaurant was horrible. it took about 20 minutes before someone took our order,...
