Such rude staff at this hotel - do not stay here! Room was overrun with cockroaches and when they went to ask for the room to be sprayed or for a different room, front desk staff very rudely told my daughter's group 'I don't get paid more to help you so I'm not going to help you'. Now trying to... More

I was just staying here for a couple of nights before getting on a cruise ship. The location was convenient to the cruise terminal and the beach was just across the street. The hotel itself was pretty run down and our room was sort of bizarre (small bathroom, not place to open a suitcase, etc.). The A/C didn't work too... More

Fun place to stay but someone got access to our room and stole my glasses while we were out getting coffee. The lack of respect and privacy to the guest while staying there and someone going through our belongings is a unacceptable. I think you have a theif with keys hanging around your hotel. Other then that the place was... More

We did NOT stay at this hotel due to their inept ability to manage our credit card before our stay. We made reservations three months in advance but noticed that they were charging our credit card on the day (date) of the months prior to our stay. We fought with the hotel and then with corporate (Wyndham) on this for... More

The pool was nice and the location to the beach and water taxi was good, but building is OLD and not well maintained. Gaps in the siding, etc - we had a cockroach the size of my hand trotting around the room one night - finally got him with a shoe. Bed was extremely bouncy and had little support -... More

Such a great value for money! The hotel is right on the beach (right behind the four points)! Nice place to stay at: they have a good sized outdoor swimming pool, breakfast is amazing, and the staff is really helpful: I changed room 3 times during my stay (nothing important, but just for my own convenience) and they moved us... This is an older hotel but the rooms were clean. The pool was clean and nice. Buffet breakfast was good. I would stay here again. We were here 2 nights on the way for a cruise. Friendly staff.

There was much noise and the windows were like coated with some yellow mildew, that you could not even see out of clearly. the hotel was dirty and reminded me of smoke.

Being a TRIP REWARDS member and staying at many Days Inns across the USA, I will NEVER return to this one!!! Rooms have no carpeting (photo on website shows they do), but the one I was given was squared tiled floor... really outdated old bathrooms and very very small.Bed was unconfortable, a/c didn't work well, and saw some bugs crawling... Very bad hotel. Too much noise to have a good sleep. Noise from the hotel and not from the street. I will never come again in this hotel
