Our microwave didn't work, the coffee pot still had coffee in the bottom of it and when I crawled into bed I found a nasty old sock in my sheets! It was very clear that whoever "cleaned" the room never changed the sheets! They gave us a new room that was much better but never offered an apology. On the... more

My husband and I stayed here while I attended a conference at the Conference Center, and the cleanliness and location of the hotel in relation to the Conference Center were great. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the mattress was way too hard, and neither of us slept well. Also, what got REALLY annoying was that our room keys... more

We chose this hotel for location, price and the free cruiseport shuttle The location was very near the cruiseport, but not the best if you want to walk around, shop or dine. Neighborhood was a little scary. There is a CVS right next door for last minute cruise necessities. Also a liquor store only about a block away. There was... more

Check-in staff pleasant and good-natured. Our room was a room, not a suite, by suite definition. Although, our friends on an upper floor had a true suite. So apparently, there is a mixture of room classes which are not identified by the website I used to book the room. They should change all the rooms to true suites or change... more

We recently stayed here a day before we left for our cruise. A very clean room, good staff. The shuttle service from airport to hotel and hotel to the port for our cruise was great, so we did not have to take a taxi. Hotel was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants so we did not have to rent... more

We stayed at this hotel to be closer to family, but I don't think we'll stay here again. The location was a bit scary, though there are worse locations. The hotel room was small, though we had booked 2 queen beds in a suite. There was no suite; it was all one room. The beds were not terribly comfortable, but... more

We were very excited to stay at this property. We booked a two room suite and thought it would be worth the price ($259). The room was in poor shape, it was dirty and furnished with cheap furniture in bad repair. A rollaway bed had no sheets or pillows supplied with it, a call to the manager did not produce... more

As a hotel for a 1 night pre-cruise stay this place is just fine. However, one must be clear as to what the definition of a Suite is. I booked a 2 queen bed "suite" and got a hotel room with 2 beds, not anything that I would associate as a Suite (no room divider, sofa, etc). I gather there... more
