Decent hotel for an overnight pre-cruise stay. Breakfast was better than what I was expecting. Friendly staff and shuttle to the port was an added bonus! Only negative: pool was green and very tiny. more

This hotel is not fit for animals.Ants crawling up my leg in the lobby while trying to use computer. Stayed at hotel 5 years ago, but seems to be under new management and not doing good. Waffle buzzer didn't work, business office PC has no virus protection and I was able to install other browsers and anti-virus software (this is not good), not enough front office staff at night for airport/cruise port location, shower head had hole in it... more

Our microwave didn't work, the coffee pot still had coffee in the bottom of it and when I crawled into bed I found a nasty old sock in my sheets! My husband and I stayed here while I attended a conference at the Conference Center, and the cleanliness and location of the hotel in relation to the Conference Center were great. Check-in staff pleasant and good-natured. Our room was a room, not a suite, by suite definition. Although, our friends on an upper floor had a true suite.
