paid a heck of alot more that poor college student rates. balconies are all connected in a row so someone from one room could work their way to all the rooms on the floor. Booked for price,had stayed here a couple of years ago [2007 hotel was old and rundown and a little dirty. Most recenty stay found hotel , a lot cleaner and brighter and more than worth the price.I recommend for golfing weekend or fishing with boys. Not a bad hotel. We wanted something on the beach and this was it for a great price. The roooms aren't perfect but very comfortable with little balconies on most although the views from many balconies are just rooftops!
