Before we booked your hotel we read the reviews - which were excellent. We arrived early 11am and Serena at the desk was very accommodating letting us check in early and even upgrading us to the room with the sun deck. Then the breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices!!

We would stay again if going on a cruise. Hotel is clean but outdated. Breakfast is good to get you started in the morning. Staff is nice and everyone was helpful except Pauline at the front desk, she needs to smile more and be more helpful. She seemed to be not very caring and bored with her job.
