Excellent facility, perfectly maintained, perfect atmosphere. Setting for best gay-cation EVER! Pools, lounge areas, jacuzis, service staff ALL excellent. Seamless integration of 3 properties makes it into a spread-out paradise. The wifi is only thing that needs improvement - was slow and at times unavailable.

Had a great one day visit. Rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly. We were staying last minute and only one day and the guy at the front desk took $20 off the room rate when as Was clothing optional, but not creepy. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

15th stay at the Alcazar. Rooms always in excellent condition, cleaned daily. Very friendly staff and attentive. You are not just a guest, but family. You are called by name from your first visit on. The addition of the cafe has been a tremendous help to guests just wanting to stay and relax. And the food is good. What makes... More

We have stayed at the alcazar easily 7 times and it is always a pleasant place to spend our time in Fort Lauderdale. The rooms are nothing particularly special, but the beds are comfortable and the grounds well maintained. The pools are hot tubs are first rate and they have added a nice cafe to the villa venice pool that... More

We nicknamed the Alcazar Alcatraz and by direct comparison to the rooms we saw at the Worthington justifiably so. The Alcazar is in much need of a makeover and for the price, far from good value. That said the exterior of the whole complex was tasteful and of a high standard. All 3 resorts were easily linked internally but the... More

This older gay resort property is a block from the beach. With age, it has a few rough edges like the narly hinges on the bathroom door etc. It is combined with two pristine properties which are the Worthington and Villa Venice which are combined a world class gay resort. Everyone was friendly and chatty. We had a great time.... More

Enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights on our second visit to the resort. The free Saturday night happy 'hour' was a totally unexpected bonus. Room was large and clean - but I preferred the room we stayed in on our previous visit in the Worthington. Can't wait to come back and do it all again!

We had an awesome time at Alcazar. Laid back environment, hospitable staff, and perfect location to the gay beach. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clothing optional resort in Ft. Lauderdale.

I'm certain that by now, we have stayed at the Worthington and/or Alcazar at least 30 times. The service and quality never fades. Completely understandable that their business is flourishing while similar resorts in Fort Lauderdale are struggling.

The Alcazar is preferential in my opinion due it being the middle resort in the three connected resorts. Alcazar King Studio Room is great being rather large and having a kitchenette. Loved it!!!!!!!!
