We have stayed at many Ritz-Carltons and have gretly enjoyed the experience. The properties we have visited include NYC, Naples, Florida and Laguna Niguel.Therefore, when we planned this trip and wanted to stay in Fort Lauderdale, we chose the Ritz-Carlton. Overall everything was very good - there are some service elements that still need looking at but that could just be the change over from St Regis to Ritz Carlton The food and service in Cero at night was fantastic - yes it is expensive but very very good - the somelier took us to the wine room to choose... more

The Ritz Carlton t Fort Lauderdale (previously the St Regis) is in a mess. I had five days there which was four days too long!! The suites are tiny and the noise outside horrendous.
