Good location close to the beach and restaurants (although the main eating places are a 10-15 minutes walk). Close to a water taxi stop which is great method of getting around Fort Lauderdale as parking is relatively expensive and in short supply at peak times. Sparkling clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful, providing extra pans for our kitchenette. Angela and the front-desk folks were wonderful, finding three unique rooms for our extended family: kitchenette, suite and apartment. The pool and patio are great! Friendly staff, quiet location, clean, and great value----all this and a block from the beach! Great for people wanting a kitchen----but if you're not doing that, there is a breakfast bar a block up the beach to the right that makes great eggs, toast and hash browns for 4.00. I felt quite comfortable as a single woman staying here. more
