Absolutely terrible customer service and attitude of the staff! We booked a room with a private bathroom. The first night, we were asked if to accommodate another unknown guy!!! Well, he did not show after all. Next morning, we were advised that they would move us to a different room in a very unprofessional directive way. Something like: pack and... More

Free shuttle service makes the Bridge a good choice if only for a short stay. Restaurants, markets, & major shopping is close by. Beaches & sun worshipping stuff, not so convenient. Staff is wonderful!!! Hotel is old & shows it. Had a full kitchen with an ancient, full size, refrigerator. Room was clean and bedding was fine. Windows could have... More

Jorge was very nice, picked us up at the hotel promptly. No charge. Only $6 each to take us to Cruise Ship. My Bff and I stayed two nights before and two nights after our cruise due to airfare and to tour Ft. Lauderdale. Picked us up after cruise was over also. (Be sure and take Water Taxi). Jorge even... We stayed there for two nights in January prior to a long cruise and one night in March at the cruise's conclusion. This "old Ft. Lauderdale" hotel/hostel was exactly as described in reviews and on their website. It is not a Hilton or Sheraton, but the price isn't in that league either. The first time we had a large "Captain's... More

When we made the booking the wonderfully polite owner Jorge (soon to change to the wonderfully absent Jorge when... More

knowing we had a very late flight into FFL we had made arrangements with Jorge who was still willing to pick us up. Upon arrival we could not contact the motel on any of 3 phone numbers so finally took a cab. Upon arrival they were waiting for us to call but there was an apparent problem with the phones... More

We stayed one night at the hotel in March, before a cruise. Our travel plans changed and we tried at the last minute to get in one day early. When Jorge could not accommodate us for the extra night he offered to pick us up at another hotel the next morning and take us to their hotel at no charge.... More
