The rates changed when I arrived, it went from $60 to $97.00-resort fees were added ??? the room was unclean,the customer service was horrible,continental breakfast was $5.00!!! towels were yellow!! The airconditioner banged every 7 to 8 minutes and the room smelled like mildew on the inside and urine on the outside

Free shuttle service from the airport. We used the shuttle to the Port of Miami for a reasonable charge ($25 ea). We arrived with a large group of people from the airport and the desk staff were very organized. The rooms need to be updated and this is an older hotel but I would still consider it again.

good location. Too dad that check in took over a half hour due only one person at the desk and constsnatly having to answer the phone. All facilities were closed even the bar / lounge at 10:30

This hotel is fine if you arrive in the afternoon on the shuttle that picks you up at the airport and leave on the morning shuttle to the cruise port.
