We booked our reservation at New Zealand house based on reviews on trip adviser and other sites and our expectations were exceeded every step of the way. From the minute we check in Warren made you feel like you were visiting a friend. The room was clean and comfortable and within minutes Warren was at our door with our favorite... more
best night sleep I got in yrs and the staff was the greatest . We got there late and the owners came over and let us in and showed us the room and grounds. Would stay there again with out any hesitation . more
It was brought to my attention that I underated our visit to New Zealand House. I miss read the number rating. I thought 1 was great. I would just like to say that this place is our haven when we are visiting your area. Rick and Warren could not be any greater! Gary and Harvey more

This was our third time staying at the New Zealand House. Warren and Ric are always the nicests hosts, not to mention Warren makes a mean martini for happy hour by the pool. The rooms and pool area are always very clean. The B&B is close and very convenient to shopping and nightlife. It is a great place to stay! more
The highlight of our trip to Fort Lauderdale was sitting around the pool at the New Zealand House and enjoying cocktails and the hospitality of Rick and Warren. When we ventured out at night, we could get to all the venues for less than a $10 cab fare. We have already booked our next visit. It is an incredible value! more
