This was our third time staying at the New Zealand House. Warren and Ric are always the nicests hosts, not to mention Warren makes a mean martini for happy hour by the pool. The rooms and pool area are always very clean. The B&B is close and very convenient to shopping and nightlife. It is a great place to stay! more
The highlight of our trip to Fort Lauderdale was sitting around the pool at the New Zealand House and enjoying cocktails and the hospitality of Rick and Warren. When we ventured out at night, we could get to all the venues for less than a $10 cab fare. We have already booked our next visit. It is an incredible value! more

The New Zealand House is the perfect B&B! On our arrival we were greated warmly and with a smile by Warren, one of the owners. After showing us around and getting us cked in he introduced us to all the guest that were staying there. Once again, I left New Zealand House with no worries. On my third stay, this time on my own, the consistancy of service and guesthouse standards were uncompromised. The eclectic mix of guests gave New Zealand House a worldly air of sophistication. I especially enjoyed the relaxing illumination of the heated pool and gardens after sunset. more
