Stayed here on way to Key West and then again before our Cruise. Certainly out of date and tired but for $69 bucks...you get what you pay for. Tiki bar and pool area was actually nice and clean. Probably wouldn't stay again but didn't suffer too much:)

Generally very poor customer service. Not helpful at all. Seems they have a general policy of "do it yourself " . Exception was Michael the Bellman who made the stay more pleasant. Also they did not clean the room all day. Were told that we had to ask to get room cleaned. Worst part was we were on a package... More

I could not believe this was Ramada!!! It is old ,dirty, paint peeling, lobby out dated & dirty, rooms some what improved with filthy carpets. The pool bar was a run down with cob webs, no real spirits for drinks, and very dirty hot plate for burgers. I ordered one of the 3 drinks available which required a blender. They did... More

We stayed here as an add on to our cruise. They had a nice breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner, not so good. The rooms were outdated and they put us in one in the very back of the hotel on the top floor. Would have been great, if the elevators were working. A little spooky up there in the stair... More

Our family visited here through a travel club package and couldn't believe how few amenities this hotel offers. No microwaves in the room, only full sized beds instead of queens. (Did not know any hotel still had full sized beds in them) furniture, decor from the 60's, literally I think it has been here since the 60's!

We reserved a room as part of a package, 60 days prior, letting them know we would need a king room and handicap accessibility. When we arrived at the "Welcome Center", we were told we would not receive our room or the cruise tickets to the Bahamas, all part of the package, until we signed up for a "tour" of... More

There's no way around the fact that this hotel is trashy. The entire 5th floor smelt like a public rest room when I stayed there earlier this month, and the rooms themselves are sorely in need of attention. The table in my room looked as if someone had been picking off pieces during an earlier stay, and the carpet had the...
