I go to Florida every year on vacation, I like to go on Xmas time , usually my husband and I stayed at least 15 to a month vacation. .. We choose the hyatt pier 66 last year, but what a mistake...they charge $25.00 dollars a day for the parking in lot, not mentioned that our room was very dirty,... More

I expect much from the Hyatt name and from my decade-long allegiance to their rewards program. But in my last stay here, 2 nights for business and 2 nights for pleasure, I did not feel this property lived up to Hyatt standards, mostly issues with Housekeeping. I won't get into the details of how much this department disappointed me. Instead,... More

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Pier 66, which is absolutely beautiful, with nice open rooms, great pools, and conveniently located to restaurants and the beach. However, my review is more about the people who work there than the accommodations. On my return home I discovered I had left some jewelry in my room. The jewelry was not only valuable,but... More

The hotel facilities were lovely...just be forewarned that the staff was very aggressive in terms of finding ways to get you to spend more money at the hotel. The biggest annoyance was the "fine print" (still haven't found it on their website) for a daily $20 parking fee. You have no choice but to use their parking lot because your... More

We stayed there for a 3 day business meeting. Our flight got us in before check in (around noon) on a Monday. Apparently this is close to a big cruise ship port so the lobby was a zoo with cruisers heading out to the ships. Our room wasn't ready and it was before check in time so we left our... More

This hotel is not a fancy place but with everything offered, it is actually not that bad. The rooms surround the pool and different resort activities (like you are in the Caribbean). Room is small and ok but clean enough for a short stayover.

My most recent visit to Hyatt Pier 66 was certainly not my first. So let me start by explaining to you why I stay here repeatedly. For starters, you can walk across the bridge and enjoy great dining at Market 17, or grab a quick sandwich from Laspada's. You can hop into cab and head out on your cruise. You... More

I' m disappointed in this hotel once again. This property is very old and is showing it all over the property. My number one pet peeve is my room cleanliness. I have a garbage basket full of garbage from the last guest. The bathroom tub had a person long hair in he tub still along with just not looking clean.... More

I spent 3 fabulous days w/ my husband and two kids at the Hyatt Pier 66, and we have no complaints at all. As Florida residents, we received 15% off, and we got a free upgrade from a marina view room to a breathtaking view on the 12th Flr. of the tower. The hotel is very clean, and our room... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on our road trip. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy. Room had a safe, mini fridge, hairdryer, iron/ board, good air con, balcony but wifi was not in the room. Fabulous view from our room on the 14th floor of the waterways and harbours. Pool area was fab, plenty of sun beds... More
