My 2-night stay at Hyatt Pier Sixty-Six was divine. I could not have been happier. Coming over the bridge, surrounded by water we arrived at the hotel greeted by friendly faces. The lobby was impressive and welcoming as were the front desk folks. Our bellman was informative as we went to our room. The room was clean and crisp and... more

Decided to fly to Fort Lauderdale for a last minute Fourth of July weekend for some R&R. The rate obtained from the Hyatt website was great and included 20% off spa and Food &Beverage Purchases. I had a tower King Room with an ocean view balcony, with a great view of the ocean and the fireworks show. The bed was... more

Relax on the extensive multi pool oasis, walk the marina, be wisked by water taxi to Los Olas for great restaurant selections and extensive shopping in non chain local stores! Do not stay in the patio rooms, A/C very noisy as it cycles on and off, tower rooms afford great views, large, modern, quiet and clean. This older Ft lauderdale... more

Just back from staying here. I was hesitant to stay because it's a bit isolated - you have to drive to go anywhere. But the staff is very accomodating and wonderful! Everyone from the bellmen to the concierge to the front desk. Ricardo is the bartender in the lobby lounge and is one of the best. The water taxi is... more

I stayed at the Pier 66 for a wedding on 4th of July weekend. This hotel has so much to offer - location, amenities, rooms, views, and service. The facilities and staff hosted the wedding magnificently. Everyone greeted you with a smile, was on top of all the busy arrangements, and was always willing to help in any way. I... more

If you want to go to a hotel and have the best customer service ever... go here. Everyone from the front desk staff, concierge, bell man and bartenders were exemplary. The pool is relaxing and the view can't be beat. Highly recommended. more

We were booked to stay four nights however; on our second day we had to check out unexpectedly and catch the next flight home because my husband was experiencing a serious medical issue. The hotel manager (Louis) was very understanding and sympathetic and immediately refunded our money for the remaining three nights (we paid for the room in cash upon... more

I planned this hotel as an "airport in" hotel on my way down to the Flordia Keys due to its location and reviews!! What I found was a very nice hotel with incredible customer service. We had booked a King Tower Room and we were upgraded on arrival to a King Junior Suite with a balcony over looking the ocean!!... more

We stayed the night prior to our cruise departing and the night our cruise ended. Our first night we stayed in the towers. Room was plenty big for the four of us and nicely appointed and clean. We had lunch at the restaurant on the dock and food was great. The walk through the Marina was nice looking at all... more
