Loved our room and view, wrap around balcony with a view of the marina, very comfortable, Large bath towels for large people. Pelican Landing was great, service was awesome and so was the food. Their mojito was so tasty. Internet connection was terrible. The checkin staff was kinda friendly, not overly. AAA price was perfect for us :)

I tired the Hyatt Pier 66 as it was convenient to my work this week, unfortunately the hotel has not been updated in many years. My room had old furniture, drapes, etc, and felt like I was back in the 70's. I was assigned a room in the 2 story marine building and as far away from the lobby as... More

We were really impressed with this hotel conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. The rooms were a nice size (ours had a beautiful view of the ocean), the breakfast area in the lobby was pleasant, the pool and area around it were quite beautiful, and the restaurants and lounges were very nice. Would definitely recommend... More

We absolutely loved our stay here, the ground and pool area were gorgeous and well-maintained! Make sure you check out the amazing breakfast buffet at the Mariner restaurant, and ask for Nelson! He made us feel especially well-cared for and also has a lovely singing voice :)

After checking in and finding our room, we were slightly disappointed with the finish of the room. There is paint or should I say, wall covering coming off the wall to the Shower room. Yes the rooms are a bit dated, but clean. We were very disappointed with the help we received from the Staff at Check in, when we... More

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; our apologies for what was not our typical arrival experience. Our concierges, which I was glad to read you connected with, are great sources of information for trips, tours, transfers and everything else! Further to your comments, it is on our customers best interest that we keep the courtyard within... More

This hotel has great grounds and location and the food is excellent however the rooms are dated and we found the bathrooms dirty. We had an issue with a backed up toilet and the concierge was less than helpful.

Left early because of multiple cockroaches in room 2104. However, was given free breakfast as a result. Excellent service from Nelson, our waiter. The pool and facilities were nice, drinks very expensive at 12-15 dollars with subpar bartending - 12 dollar drink out of a slushy machine.

I am sorry to read we had a problem with an insect in your room; while we are in a tropical environment and exposed to the outdoors, I can see how this troubled your stay. Please accept our apologies. In follow up, we have a very reputable vendor who routinely treats our entire property, inclusive of our rooms to address... More

My sister and I shared a room on our first business trip. We arrived late (or should I say early in the AM) . The check-in was fast and easy. Finding our room was not as easy, perhaps because of our exhaustion, I didn't follow the directions I was given. Anyway, I became separated from my sister. After locating our... More

We were a family of 4 (kids 11 & 7 years) and simply loved our 2 nights stay here. The rooms are large and the public areas huge. Our dinner at arrival day in the Lounge Bar was great and the Staff with whom we contacted were all very receptive and warm. A great base for Sawgrass Mills shopping and... More

We stayed here 1 night pre cruise- we loved it! We stayed in the tower & our room faced the cruise port & we had a great view of the ships. Our room was spotless & looked brand new! We ate lunch at the Pelican Landing & enjoyed watching the yachts - it's a little priceybut you're paying for the... More
