we booked a room SIX months in advance. We arrived really late, after midnight, and tired. Well, the first thing we hear is "sorry but we overbooked... We have a room for you but there's no bed only two cots." I'm not kidding... She said that. So basically we got schlepped to another hotel. Long story short, I will never... More

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six after returning from a cruise this month. The hotel staff was great, they were very friendly and helped us by keeping our luggage until our room was ready. They also were great giving us ideas of things to do near the hotel. The hotel is located near the "water taxi" which is... More

I enjoyed coffee and breakfast every morning at Mariner's with the same waiter, Nelson. His friendliness, sophistication, poise, and attentiveness became something I looked forward to every morning. He is a hard worker. Great employee!

My husband and I have frequented Ft Lauderdale several times for just a get away vacation. We have stayed at a few places. But I have to say, we always have regretted not staying at Pier 66. Pier 66 has a great staff working there! The people are all so down to earth from the front desk, to the restaurants/bars,... More

Great room in a hotel that needs a face lift. The food and drinks from the pool side bar is expensive and does not taste good. The only bright side were the staff especially the breakfast staff Nelson and Teri who were both friendly and helpful..

The Bad: - No night stand on the left side of the bed - really strange to have a room for two people and only one night stand. - Very limited room service - Room service ends at 11 pm. Very unusual... - Unusable coffee maker in the room. A fly came our of it when I tried boiling some... More

Great resort in great location, particularly for the price. Rooms large and clean. Some areas of resort need attention, but overall a very nice place to stay. Staff very nice as well. I recommend this resort and plan on returning in the fall.

This hotel was priced well, had a great location, and the staff made it memorable. Nelson was my server for breakfast and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Make sure you request him! He will make it a memorable experience.
