this is a very large hotel situated on a marina a couple of miles outside central Fort Lauderdale. It is modern with large rooms. Most of the rooms are in the central "tower", which is a landmark. Our room was in one of the outer blocks, it was very comfortable and the balcony looked on to a canal where many... More

My stay was short, but very enjoyable. I found the hotel, the room and amenities to be top notch! Likewise, dinner at the Pier 66 Grille was equally enjoyable. The only thing I would recommend inproving on, is possibly adding a shuttle to and from the airport. Beyond that, I would definitely recommend the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six and look... More

So everything that has been said already has. People are right, it is now a dated style of property. However for our two night stay before a cruise it provided a comfortable stay. The pool area is pretty good and the pool guys helpful. Bar is fine for evening drink if required. Rooms are a bit old now but everything... More

Stayed here for one night awaiting a flight home with family and friends. Booked 3 rooms, with a total of 10 guests. Had no issues, staff was accomadating and friendly. Since hotel was full, our three families were booked onto three different floors, but not a issue. Hotel grounds and pool were especially nice - kids loved the pool and... More

There was nothing truly wrong with this stay. The food in the lobby bar was great, the bartender in the lobby was hilarious but, I'm not sure this hotel reflects other Hyatt properties. Why do I say that? Well, for one there are some areas of the hotel that could use some paint. That's the first thing I thought as... More

We were extremely excited about this trip. We checked into the hotel everyone was nice, it was a little crowded but everyone was friendly. When arriving to our room we found the window shutters off there track. I called customer service and they came in and fixed it while we went to dinner. I thought the room was extremely disappointing... More

We landed here for a quick stay over as we had an early flight to Puerto Rico the next day. Beautiful and vast property...can see how someone could get lost. The rooms were modern and very accommodating. Had a little room service delivered, quickly I might add, and we enjoyed cocktails on the balcony overlooking the pool and nicely landscaped... More

If you are looking for the old Florida style hospitality that is warm, helpful and genuine then this is the place to stay. As a regular business traveler, it is very hard to find a hotel that goes out of it's way to make sure you are taken care of in a personal way. Frankly it is the staff at... More

We booked the Hyatt in March and looked forward to our stay in November. We had requested two king rooms as we were finishing a year of celebrating our thirtieth wedding anniversaries. When we arrived after travelling all day we were told that there were only twin rooms available one in the tower of the hotel and the other over looking the...
