I stayed here when my house was being fumigated. It was very nice to be able to walk to all the great place on Las Olas. The room was ok but the view wasn't that great. more

My husband and I recently stayed several days in Ft. Lauderdale at the Riverside Hotel. We definately recommend staying in the "new building". The staff was very helpful and we were given a good rate. We enjoyed sitting outside in the Golden Lion Bar and watching the passersby and fancy cars driving by in the evening. Shelly is a particularly... more

Great location, easy check in and very friendly front desk staff. Parking in garage $17.00 a day with elevator to main hotel. Upgraded to tower room with balcony for minimal charge. Excellent King sized bed. Only minor complaints would be the TV not being HD quality and a Myers rum and diet costing $9.00 in the hotel bar. Will stay... more

Hotel was nice and charming. Finishes were nice. There was a wedding going on downstairs, so it was noisier than we would have liked. But overall a lovely place more

Was given a room in older building (room 324). Small clean and filled my needs. Bathroom was too small though. Location of the hotel is great. Fine dining and clubs are all within walking distance. High end clothing stores nearby. We actually spent most of the time at the pool. There was construction going on next door, and trees were... more

We checked in for a two night stay and our last stay at the Riverside was in 2007. We got to FLL a few times a year but have been staying elsewhere. I have been a fan of the Riverside since 1988 and have stayed there at least 50 times over the years. I used to simply love the place... more

I was checked in at a much cheaper hotel in Ft. Lauderdale and had to leave due to an insect problem very late the night of my arrival. I had explained my situation and they gave me an amazing room at a discounted price. I have seen so many reviews saying the staff was unprofessional or snobby and I found... more

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. We have been to Florida many, many times. We only stayed there one night. We went there to party with friends. We always stay on the beach but stayed here with a group of people to exclusively party on Las Olas (RiverFront bars). We had a beautiful King non-smoking room in the New Tower. The... more

Since we were flying in very late, I had decided to book a cheaper hotel for the first night in Fort Lauderdale. I actually bid on Priceline and got the Riverside Hotel for only 70$. It turned out to be better in all possible ways compared to the expensive hotel I had booked for the rest of our trip in... more

Stayed in a king tower room. Loved the balcony and watching the yachts and other boats go down the New River. I could have sat there for hours. Room was huge, modern and clean. Close to fabulous shops and restaurants. Breakfast on the patio was excellent and reasonably priced. Pool area was a little walk. Pool was warm, clean and... more
