Paid for the room, but didnt stay the night. The walls had food slung on them, the curtains were just disgusting. The water wouldn't turn off in the bathtub, it ran constantly. Carpet was filthy and hadnt been swept. There was no wifi signal whatsoever. There were syringes lying in the parking lot. We ended up just leaving, we were... More

Room in very poor condition. Walls filthy dirty. Holes in walls and doors. Bathroom had wires hanging out of the ceiling. Floors dirty with dried food stains. Mattress had bugs and furniture was stained. Hotel management was rude when confronted about issues with room. Do not waste your money on this hotel.

Spent 90 dollars for one night. There were no showering supplies, just a bar of soap and two little towels. The rooms chair had cigarette ashes on it when it was supposed to be non smoking. Breakfast was muffins and toast, orange juice and coffee. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep go somewhere else and get your... More

Some rooms had been refurbished and looked OK. Our room was not only very tatty but extremely dirty - filthy carpet with scraps of food around the edges, black particles in the drawers looking like poppy seeds, dirty toilet which was brown in place below the water level, and the pan had obviously not been cleaned around the top for... The hotel was ok but not more than that. There was a weird smell in our room so we had to buy a scented candle to make the smell go away. There were holes like someone had punched the wall and bathroom door. The holes had been half heartedly and poorly "fixed" but not painted. People talking outside woke us... More

We were fortunate to have our friends at Islamorada Visitation Center gain us a reservation at Budget for an unexpected stay on a Friday night. The reservation was not only booked, but prepaid by my credit card. Upon arrival, the night manager refused to hear my confirmation number, or cooperate in any way. We had a half hour hassle as... Just crashed here before my early morning drive to the Keys... for something like that the hotel is okay. It is well furnished and the room was big enough with big flat screen TV. My complaint are the towels which should be replaced and that smell of the sheets like they just use the bleach to wash them. They offer... More

Dust on furniture, broken lamp shades, hole in bathroom door, duck tape tub, scum in sink and tub. Bath towels were thin and more like hand towels. Breakfast consisted of OJ, coffee, toast and muffin cut in quarters. We were afraid to take a shower

i am not terribly picky and this place was cheap online, but really awful. The plaster was very badly patched on the ceilings, the paint from the walls was all over the woodwork, there really needed Ia better handyman. They also are in desperate need of new mattresses, the 1 I saw was completely curved it was so bad. Service... More

Can't really understand the bad reviews. When we stayed the staff was friendly and the breakfast OK (muffins, juice and coffee). Sure, for the relatively cheap price you can't expect a 5* hotel. But our room was clean and spacious. We wish we had found it earlier cause there are some much worse motels around...
