An absolute "above our expectations experience" describes our stay at the Blue Heron Inn. We booked the Sandpiper Suite and had so much space and privacy in our own floor of the inn. Everything was spotless and comfortable. David and Julie were the perfect hosts making us feel so welcome. We enjoyed the happy hour time getting to know them... More

Thank you for your kind and honest response. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in our largest room, the Sandpiper. We enjoy hosting "Happy Hour" as much as you enjoy attending! It gives us a chance to know our guests and for them to get to know us just a little better. Can't wait to see you return! More

Meant to review this in August when we visited. A quintessential B&B. Of the few places I will visit twice, this is on my list. Wonderful experience. We walked into this place needing a rejuvenation from our busy lives and we're not disappointed. The owners are wonderful people. We were greeted by the smell of fresh baked cookies, followed shortly... More

We spent 8 nights at the Blue Heron and enjoyed our entire visit. Julie fixed delicious, varied breakfasts, she and David joined guests for happy hour every day, and both were unfailingly congenial and helpful. They had useful suggestions for things to do and see, gave us reliable restaurant recommendations, furnished a large umbrella for the one day of rain,... More

We always say that around day three or four we begin to see "real" relaxation come upon our guests and during your stay you were able to do just that! Hopefully you got a real "taste" of the island with all the activities and sights you participated in and saw. We so enjoyed getting to know you both and are... More

Up for a pre-Christmas weekend, my wife and I were well greeted and spoiled during our stay. Our room selection was the Blue Heron room on the main floor. Just a touch of road noise from nearby US A1A, but it was not bothersome. The afternoon snacks and morning breakfasts were top tier and greatly enjoyed. We did not use... More

Our company occupied the entire B&B for the weekend. David and Julie were delightful and very attentive to our requirements. They were very knowledgeable about dining availability in the area. The beds were sooo comfortable. Wished we could have stay for a week instead of 2 days.

What a fantastic B&B! We stayed here for two days after our wedding, and it was wonderful. The owners were so friendly, and were able to accommodate us when we got there after the wedding (10:30pm!). The breakfast was absolutely delicious!

My husband and I enjoyed six nights at the Blue Heron Inn this past week. Chef Julie or Chef Dave served us a 5 star breakfast, every morning, on the Veranda. Hand ground StarBucks coffee. Hand squeezed juice's. One morning we had Creme Brule French Toast. AMAZING !!! There were fresh, home made cookies as well as Werther's Caramel Candies... More

David and Julie are wonderful hosts! Our room was clean and very comfortable and they gladly accommodated my special diet. The location is perfect too-within walking distance of the main strip and lots of restaurants. A truly relaxing trip!
