We were just going to ride through Amelia Beach on our way home from vacation. Once we got there, we liked it so much that we decided to spend the night. I asked to look at the room before we rented it and the moment we walked in we both were sold. We stayed in the sea-clusion room which was... More

So glad you noticed all the little extras we provide to help our guest have a comfortable, cozy time. Very happy you enjoyed yourselves. We look forward to welcoming you "home" in the very near future. More

From the moment you arrive at the quiet beach in Amelia Island and check in to the Amelia Oceanfront B&B, you can feel the stress of the "real" world quickly subside. My wife and I stayed for 5 days in celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary in June 2014 and have already booked a return visit in September for the Amelia... More

Wow, this review is so lovely, it almost made us blush. Nah, tell us more.... we love to hear it. So glad you were able to stay five days. Longer stays are the only way to "really" get the ultimate feel of the Inn and all it offers. Hope to see you back soon. More

I was looking for a quiet and comfortable oceanfront B&B and was very pleased with my choice. We stayed in the Sea-clusion upstairs. The room was charming and comfortable with amazing views from the living area. The inn is truly oceanfront, just steps out of our room to the beach. Truly lovely. The bedroom is on the street side in... More

Thank you for noticing our cleanliness. I want all our guest to feel like they have the freshest rooms ever. Our helper Megan is amazing. The outdoor furniture? The sea is not kind to items left on the beach. We update each season and hope for the best. Please visit again soon, you are always welcome here. A yummy breakfast... More

At first we were not impressed with the exterior presentation ( a bit plain and weathered) and we had such poor cell service (verizon) when we arrived that we could not get through to let them know we were there. Once inside though we just loved everything about this bed and breakfast. It is so comfortable and quaint. Hans cooks... More

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great some days. The days it wasn't the best was still better than any other hotel breakfast. The view was spectacular. The entire living room was a panoramic view of the ocean. It's very quiet and private. We enjoyed evening drinks beach side nightly. The walls are a little thin and we... More

Han is the best breakfast chef ever! Totally laid back location with other friendly guests. Best anniversary ever! Also location is convenient to town and great restaurants but directly on beach with great sunning, shading, swimming!

We have just returned home from 3 wonderful days at the B&B. In no particular order, great hosts, view, breakfasts, rooms. Han and TJ are really nice folks who have thought to supply everything you might need: sun screen, bug spay (which fortunately we didn't need), beach towels, plenty of freshly ground coffee (reg and decaf), microwave, fridge, dishes, picnic... Our initial view of the inn was not a good one. It sits directly on the road, sandwiched between and across from multiple other properties. Are there no zoning laws? The building itself could use a lick of paint, and the outside furniture has definitely seen better days. Once inside, all is dark paneling, but there are nice windows with... More

What a Perfect spot to enjoy our vacation on Amelia Island! Han (we only saw TJ once) is the Host Extraordinaire! Not only does he cook a Great breakfast - something different every morning - but he makes great suggestions on where to visit and dine! And seeing Han playing his guitar on a float in the Shrimp Festival parade... More

Hard to imagine how our stay could have been any better... it was simply perfect. We were looking for a few days to "pause" and appreciate our 40 years together. If you want to walk a beach, read a book, have a great breakfast and feel cared for from start to finish there isn't a better place to go. Thank... More
