At first we were not impressed with the exterior presentation ( a bit plain and weathered) and we had such poor cell service (verizon) when we arrived that we could not get through to let them know we were there. Once inside though we just loved everything about this bed and breakfast. It is so comfortable and quaint. Hans cooks... More

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great some days. The days it wasn't the best was still better than any other hotel breakfast. The view was spectacular. The entire living room was a panoramic view of the ocean. It's very quiet and private. We enjoyed evening drinks beach side nightly. The walls are a little thin and we... More

Han is the best breakfast chef ever! Totally laid back location with other friendly guests. Best anniversary ever! Also location is convenient to town and great restaurants but directly on beach with great sunning, shading, swimming!

We have just returned home from 3 wonderful days at the B&B. In no particular order, great hosts, view, breakfasts, rooms. Han and TJ are really nice folks who have thought to supply everything you might need: sun screen, bug spay (which fortunately we didn't need), beach towels, plenty of freshly ground coffee (reg and decaf), microwave, fridge, dishes, picnic... Our initial view of the inn was not a good one. It sits directly on the road, sandwiched between and across from multiple other properties. Are there no zoning laws? The building itself could use a lick of paint, and the outside furniture has definitely seen better days. Once inside, all is dark paneling, but there are nice windows with... More

What a Perfect spot to enjoy our vacation on Amelia Island! Han (we only saw TJ once) is the Host Extraordinaire! Not only does he cook a Great breakfast - something different every morning - but he makes great suggestions on where to visit and dine! And seeing Han playing his guitar on a float in the Shrimp Festival parade... More

Hard to imagine how our stay could have been any better... it was simply perfect. We were looking for a few days to "pause" and appreciate our 40 years together. If you want to walk a beach, read a book, have a great breakfast and feel cared for from start to finish there isn't a better place to go. Thank... More

Beautiful, comfortable and clean, clean, clean. Our first time there surely will not be the last. It was a perfect place to relax, listen to the ocean as it crashed onshore. They bring breakfast to you in the suite, so its room service as well. Best B&B ever!

Relax and Unwind ... that's what the garden flag says that leads to the Beach - and we did in the most idyllic setting. The House is on the beach; tastefully decorated and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need from coffee makers to beach toys. Breakfast was served either on the Beach or in the suite - whichever... More

We have been to Amelia Oceanfront Bed and Breakfast three times and we are returning again in just a couple of weeks. This is a wonderful place to relax by the sea and spend time together. Han and TJ are great people !! We can"t say enough good things about the house and the owners. We, like many others, are... More
