My wife and I stayed at the Addison in January for a mini-honeymoon. We arrived and checked in to be greeted warmly by Bob and Shannon, right on time for the happy hour. It set the tenor of the trip beautifully- relaxed conversation, fantastic hosting and an amazing baked Brie and jam dish. The next three days were cold and... More

I cannot say enough good things about Addison on Amelia. My husband and I spent six nights there while on our honeymoon and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully maintained and conveniently located in the historic district, which puts dozens of good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The beach is easily accessible as well, either... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Addison on Amelia Island...the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice-modern, clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts in the morning were very delicious and different from the every-day usual things. We loved it! There was even a morning where we had to leave before breakfast was being served, and... I will just repeat myself in saying that this is the best B&B anywhere. The hosts are welcoming, best happy hour ever. Shannon does a superb job with breakfast. Bob Always has a smile & has the best recommendations on where & what to eat. I always feel rejuvenated after a weekend here!

A birthday trip to Amelia Island is special enough, but being treated to a stay at The Addison, doubled the delight. The Innkeepers at the Addison certainly do go the extra mile to make your visit one to remember. Incredible breakfasts, wine cocktails and snacks in the evenings, and always a supply of fresh cookies, coffee, bottled water, and soft... More

My husband and I spent five nights at this delightful B&B. It is in a wonderfully central location convenient to restaurants, shopping, the boat dock…..all within walking distance. Many of the rooms surround a beautiful courtyard with fountain. Our room was #7, and it was spacious, clean and well decorated. It is in a quiet setting and a great place... More

In the area on business, decided to have a change from the normal business hote and this was a good move. Rooms exceptional quality and comfortable. Arrived very late in the evening, the key and welcome instructions were easily found and understood. Breakfast was excellent quality and although not massive quantities, was enough for me but i could imagine that... More

Celebrated our anniversary, four nights at the inn. Bob and family were great hosts. Attention to detail in decor, food and happy hour. Our room was spacious, clean and provided that Old Florida feel. We stayed in room 10 and it had nice chairs outside the solo that overlooked the court yard and fountain. Used the bikes supplied by the... More

This was our first trip to Amelia Island. We had never stayed in a B&B before but decided to give it a try after reading the reviews and liking the location. We could not have been any happier with our stay. The innkeepers were fabulous and paid attention to detail. Breakfast each morning was delicious. The snacks were a nice... More
