Beautiful, clean, friendly, and a lovely hotel on the beach. The hotel has its own upscale personality that is relaxing, convenient, comfortable, and unique. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I recommend you stay on the upper floors for the ocean view. We also enjoyed the restaurant next door, Sandy Bottoms. It was very good and convenient. You can park... More

Simply stated, from the finest bed & bedding to the immaculate bathroom & shower, it was the most perfect example of luxurious bliss. We had a wonderful time. The staff was amazing and Brooklyn Pete's breakfast was better than any breakfast from any other hotel we've stayed in!

Decided to stay in Fernandina Beach for a couple of nights and was very lucky to find this little place. The rooms are a bit small but were very nice. We had a small suite with a balcony overlooking the beach. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. They just don't have your typical free breakfast, there is made to... More

Stayed the night while on my way to another destination but wish I had stayed longer. This is a modern, three story building with an elevator. Parking under ground as well as a small surface lot. Has a roof deck with views of the ocean. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. The common areas of the inn are lovely... More

My daughter and I spent five days at the Seaside Amelia inn and outside of the overall size of the room, perfect for two adults, we had no complaints of our experience. They served a hot/cold breakfast every morning, the staff was very accommodating and helpful and the location was within walking distance of Main Beach which was the perfect... More

We got an offer from TravelZoo and went at the end of February and it turned out to be really good. Very clean room with ocean view. There's just one restaurant walking distance, but not many options for food unless driving. Breakfast is part of the price and that was great! The hotel is best for a beach vacation as... More

We booked our stay at this hotel through a Travel-zoo special and so we didn't know exactly what to expect. But it turned out great. We had a very clean room with a great view over a park and up the beach. And the breakfast was outstanding, custom-made to order. The location can't be beat, right on the beach at... More

We spent nearly a week here, hoping for a relaxing break on the water. The hotel is reasonably priced & almost on the beach. A public parking lot separated our view of the ocean, which was unfortunate. The hotel is well kept, friendly, but just a bit off expectations. Except for breakfast, which was great. Cooked to order by jolly chefs,... More

Clean but not what we were hoping for One reason we chose this hotel was based on previous TripAvisor reviews. I do not know if I will trust these reviewers again. We stayed here for three nights and when we made our reservations we tried to be quite specific of what kind of room we wanted…as recommended by one of... More

This hotel is on the beach and has been totally renovated and is beautiful. Every morning you get a hot cooked breakfast to order in the café as part of your room rate. About 3 miles up the street is a historical downtown area that has plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. Mexican restaurant "Peppers" is worth going to... More
