We used Trip Advisor to choose Ivy House for our stay and were so happy we did. The staff was personable and helpful. The Inn rooms are all around the heated pool. The free breakfast was hearty and other guests were friendly during the meal. We will definitely stay again.

We had a very good night at the Ivey House. They have spacious rooms, comfy beds and everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their heated indoor pool seemed nice, unfortunately we didn't make use of it. Compared to other hotels in Florida they had a very good and healthy breakfast selection. We would definitely come... We usually camp in The Everglades but this was a spare of the moment trip. Booked over the phone, was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Cute little spot in Everglades City, when I was expecting a flea bag for $100/ Nite. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed in. Highly recommend !!! Get out of the big city... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. It is situated off the main road. Bed was very comfortable, great shower pressure and at night quiet. The small pool outside our room was nice to swim in and towels provided. Breakfast was a substantial continental. The staff were very helpful and gave us some god information of things to do and... This is a wonderful hotel to stay if you want to explore the big cypress park and everglades. To really experience the beauty of the place you need to get away from the road and into the water. We took the ranger led 2 hour swamp hike (mon and sat only) and the night kayak trip with John from the... More

We only spent one night here, between Miami and Sarasota to see some of the everglades, but its nicely located in the centre of Everglades City, clean, and well furnished. Rooms in the main hotel surround a covered pool area, with patio areas to relax with the rest of your party. Staff were helpful with suggestions of the best walkways... More

A large group of friends descended into Everglades City for a weekend of fun, and what a FUN Weekend we had! The front desk staff(LeAnn, Sharon, Elizabeth, Emily, Scott) could not have been more welcoming, efficient or friendly. The complex includes the Inn, the Lodge, plus the Cottage and the Homestead. I was pleased to know The Ivey is the... More

Great experience! the staff are all very friendly and open to answering questions. Coffee and hot Chocolate was available all day. Continental breakfast was actually fresh with a variety of fruit and even hard boiled eggs. Great price especially considering the quality of what you get. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in Everglades City
